Job Title: B2B Sales Associate
Location: Kolkata
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 per month
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Qualifications: Any relevant associate degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential business clients to generate leads and sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Present products or services effectively to clients and negotiate contracts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Result-driven and target-oriented mindset
Ability to handle B2B sales processes independently
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
