We're looking for a
Business Development Manager
who is a true hunter. Your mission is simple: generate revenue. You will be at the front lines of our growth, responsible for the entire sales cycle from finding leads to closing deals. Your Responsibilities
Own the Pipeline:
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of high-value deals to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Hunt for New Business:
Proactively identify and engage with potential enterprise and SMB clients using a combination of outbound outreach, networking, and industry research.
Close Deals:
Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
Show Value:
Understand client business needs and pain points, then clearly articulate how MyOperator's solutions deliver a significant return on investment (ROI).
Become an Expert:
Master the MyOperator platform to deliver compelling product demonstrations that resonate with key decision-makers.
Report Your Success:
Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.
Build Relationships:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and drive upsell opportunities and referrals.
Who You Are
Proven Performer:
You have 1
+ years
of direct experience in a B2B sales or business development role with a strong emphasis on revenue responsibility.
SaaS Savvy:
You have a successful track record of selling B2B SaaS or cloud-based technology solutions.
Quota Crusher:
You have a quantifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
Excellent Communicator:
You possess exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic & Driven:
You can think strategically to align with business goals and are a highly motivated, disciplined individual with a relentless focus on targets.
