Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads across educational institutions and corporate L&D teams
Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as Principals, Directors, Management, HR, and L&D Heads
Present and pitch EdTech products through meetings, demos, and presentations (online/offline)
Understand client learning requirements and propose customized digital learning solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain accurate sales data, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback in the Hyderabad/Telangana region
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related discipline
1-5 years of experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in
EdTech, SaaS, or Education services
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience handling institutional or corporate clients
Ability to understand and sell technology-based solutions
Target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling EdTech products to schools, colleges, or corporates
Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital classrooms, or online learning tools
Knowledge of the Hyderabad/Telangana education ecosystem
