A B2B Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services to other businesses, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within defined markets. The role focuses on prospecting, negotiation, and maintaining long-term business partnerships to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. Present tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with business clients. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by executing effective sales strategies. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Stay informed about competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
