We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join one of our esteemed client's team as a B2B Sales Specialist - Insurance and Tech specializing in sales for the Broker Platform Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance or technology sector.
This role requires a deep understanding of insurance intermediary needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This position involves selling insurance B2B software solutions.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify key accounts and potential clients in the insurance intermediary sector.
Product Knowledge
Gain in-depth knowledge of the Broker Platform Solutions (API Factory) and its features.
Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Client Acquisition
Actively prospect, qualify, and close deals with insurance intermediaries.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Relationship Building
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Presentations
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Address client queries and objections effectively.
Market Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on market needs.
Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Sales Reporting
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Utilize CRM tools for effective sales tracking and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance or technology sector.
Familiarity with insurance broker platforms and API technologies is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
