Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new opportunities in construction, coatings & inks, adhesives, rubber, and plastics sectors Execute strategic plans to drive revenue and market expansion Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients

Client Engagement & Support

Act as the main point of contact for client needs and inquiries Deliver technical product presentations and negotiate contract terms Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Market Intelligence & Product Feedback

Conduct market research on trends and competitor products Liaise with internal teams to relay client feedback for product improvement

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and activity reports Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to meet client delivery needs Participate in trade shows and industry exhibitions to represent Fenchem

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 4 years of sales experience in performance materials or industrial chemicals Knowledge of formulations and raw materials for coatings, adhesives, or plastics Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus Highly motivated, analytical, and a team player Willingness to travel within India as required
