1. Respond to inbound inquiries (calls,emails,walk-ins)regarding coworking service
2.Assist in qualifying & converting leads through product knowledge & client-focused communication
3.Schedule and conduct workspace tours for prospective clients
4.Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts and follow-ups
5.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g, Hubspot, Salesforce)
6.Collaborate with the community and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction
7.Provide feedback from prospectus to improve service offerings and client experience
8.Support marketing and lead generation campaigns when required
9.Excellent verbal & written communication skills
