Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
B2B Sales Specialist
to spearhead outreach programs in colleges and universities across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with educational institutions, conducting high-impact seminars, and driving enrollments or business leads. This role involves extensive travel (up to 21 days per month) and demands strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and build partnerships with colleges and universities.
Plan and conduct impactful seminars/presentations tailored for students and faculty.
Meet monthly sales targets through direct engagement during seminars.
Manage end-to-end coordination for events including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in institutions.
Track and report seminar outcomes, leads generated, and conversion metrics.
Represent the brand professionally and consistently across all engagements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or EdTech sector.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (21+ days/month).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage a travel-heavy schedule.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
