B2B Sales Officer(BPO)



Location:

Infopark,Kochi



Experience:

1-3 years in B2B Telesales

/Lead Generation/Appointment Booking

(International market experience preferred) with Excellent

communication skills



Qualification:

Graduation in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred)

Salary: Rs.20000-Rs.28000+ Incentives



Requirements:



Prior experience in

B2B telesales/lead generation/appointment booking

(international market exposure preferred). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

with a professional telephone manner. Strong

business acumen

and ability to engage with

C-level executives and decision-makers

. Target-driven and self-motivated with a

results-oriented mindset

. Proficiency in

CRM systems

and

MS Office tools

.

Responsibilities:



Make outbound B2B calls to decision-makers in the

International market

. Build rapport and engage with potential clients to identify and understand their business needs. Present and pitch company solutions, emphasizing

business value and ROI

. Collect accurate client details and maintain updated records in the

CRM system

. Overcome objections using

consultative sales techniques

. Book qualified meetings/appointments for the senior sales team or account managers. Achieve

weekly/monthly targets

for calls, leads, and appointments. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and continuously improve sales strategies.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
