Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage new B2B clients including distributors, retailers, hotels, and restaurants.
Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Promote and sell bulk skim milk and butter to institutional and bulk customers.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Ensure effective market coverage, product visibility, and timely payment collections.
Gather market intelligence and provide insights on competition, pricing, and customer preferences.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Experience:
2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the
dairy or FMCG sector
.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Qualification:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Other:
Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
