We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven
B2B Sales Professional
to drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets by offering customized solutions. The role demands strong relationship-building, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
