Any Associate Degree / Diploma (Graduation preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing.
Salary:
?70,000 - ?80,000 per month
(Version 1 - New Business Development Focus):
Identify and acquire new B2B clients through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
Present and promote company products/services to potential customers effectively.
Develop tailored proposals and negotiate deals to close new business opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as the key contact for client inquiries, support, and escalations.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
