The proprietary Learning Delivery System (LDS) caters to children aged 6-13 with differential needs, helping them achieve foundational literacy and numeracy milestones. The focus is on early intervention, inclusive education, and equitable access to therapeutic resources worldwide.
Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven
Business Development Associates
to join a growing sales team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and inclusion, who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, closing sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Close deals with new and existing clients and consistently achieve sales targets.
Achieve quarterly milestones and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Study accounts regularly to identify key decision-makers and opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and close deals effectively.
Maintain a detailed database with updated information on all prospects.
Conduct offline/online demos and presentations to potential clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate leads.
Keep accurate sales activity records and update CRM systems regularly.
Visit pediatricians, psychiatrists, and special needs centers to build partnerships
