Identify and develop new B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, export houses) for gold, diamond, or imitation jewellery.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate jewellery collections, highlighting unique selling points.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining profitability.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide client feedback.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in
B2B jewellery sales
(gold, diamond, or imitation).
Strong network of jewellery retailers, wholesalers, or distributors is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet targets under deadlines and handle high-value transactions responsibly.
Good knowledge of jewellery designs, pricing, and market demand.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, or ERP software will be an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or related fields.
