Customer Relationship & Support Specialist

who will be the trusted voice of our brand -- ensuring our customers, dealers, and partners feel valued, supported, and excited to engage with us.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and dealers, understanding their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally across phone, email, live chat, and social media. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Problem Solving:

Address concerns with empathy and efficiency. Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and ensure every interaction ends positively.

Order & Service Support:

Guide customers through placing orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Share insights through reports to drive continuous improvement.

Product Expertise:

Stay up to date with ViaTerra's products and offerings to provide tailored recommendations and guidance.

Team Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Share feedback and ideas to improve processes.
