As the Manager of Business Development, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. You will lead a team responsible for creating new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and generating the qualified leads that fuel our sales engine. This is a highly strategic role perfect for a leader who excels at opening new doors.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead a High-Performing Team:

Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), guiding them to exceed their targets for qualified lead generation.

Develop Market Strategy:

Identify and research new market segments, verticals, and strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth.

Build Strategic Relationships:

Forge and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential partners, and high-value enterprise clients.

Pipeline Generation:

Oversee the entire top-of-funnel process, ensuring the team is building a strong, high-quality pipeline of opportunities to hand off to the sales team.

Set and Track KPIs:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, focusing on outbound activity, lead qualification rates, and opportunity creation.

Collaborate for Growth:

Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure seamless alignment on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and lead hand-off processes.

What You Bring:



A minimum of

5+ years of experience in B2B business development or strategic sales

, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. At least

2+ years of proven experience leading a business development

or inside sales team. A strong track record of building and executing strategies that generate a significant sales pipeline. Experience in market analysis and forging strategic partnerships is highly desirable. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing outbound campaigns and tracking team performance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
