Job Description

As a Private Sales Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving the company's sales objectives and bolstering its revenue streams. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales of our products and contributing to the overall growth and turnover of the company. You'll play a critical role in expanding our client base by nurturing relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:



1.Conduct thorough research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities. Generate new leads through various channels such as visits, tenders, and networking events.

2.Work diligently towards achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company. Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate the Private sector market and maintain strong client relationships.

3.Utilize market mapping techniques to identify key segments and potential areas for business growth. Drive sales initiatives by leveraging market insights and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

4.In case of a Sales Business Associate Manager, he/she shall play an active role in recruiting Business Associates and/or dealers for a designated market segment and shall maintain productivity in achieving monthly targets.

Skills and Knowledge Required:



1. Possess a strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies, with the ability to effectively identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

2. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly within the Private sector.

3. Display strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales environments and overcome challenges.

4. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

5. Exhibit a results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

6. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with the ability to articulate product features, negotiate terms, and influence decision-makers.

7. Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client requirements, adjusting sales approaches as necessary to drive success.

8. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and maximize productivity.

9. Exhibit persistence and resilience in pursuing leads and closing deals, even in the face of rejection or setbacks.
