At STRI we are hiring a B2B Sales Manager for a Personal Care Manufacturing Company, Headquartered in Hyderabad. Our clients are manufacturers of Personal and Home care goods.
Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad
About the role:
The Sales Manager role will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales activities for Southern region for the Consumer Goods.
This role involves crafting and executing a strategic sales strategy for both offline and online channels. Additionally, the Sales Manager plays a crucial role in recruiting and managing sales teams.
This position is central to driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and shaping the company's competitive edge.
Requirements
Requirement

  • Minimum 6-10 years' experience in Consumer products like Home cleaning goods, organic cleaning products etc.
  • Achievement in good Sales numbers that matches your experience and expectation.
  • Deep and in-depth knowledge of the market construct and dynamics is essential.
  • Age: About 30 years old with a passion for sustainability and an eco-conscious approach.
  • Skills: Proven sales leadership experience in the beauty or related industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in the local language will be an advantage.
