Role Purpose:
Lead and scale Estrip's OEM private label business across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire OEM clients in detergents, homecare, personal care, and retail.
Lead pricing, negotiations, product customization discussions.
Support clients through sampling ? approval ? PO ? production.
Manage B2B sales funnel, forecasting & monthly targets.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and global events for lead generation.
Prepare proposals, costing sheets, MOQ structures.
Coordinate internally with R&D, production, QC, and operations.
Manage junior sales executives.
Roles require:
FMCG experience mandatory
Advantage for detergent manufacturers, homecare, fabric care, or chemistry-led FMCG brands
Startup mindset, multi-role capability, ownership-driven working style
Experience: 6-12 years (MANDATORY: OEM/Private Label or Detergent/Homecare Manufacturing)Location: Dadar, West (Mumbai)
