Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire OEM clients in detergents, homecare, personal care, and retail. Lead pricing, negotiations, product customization discussions. Support clients through sampling ? approval ? PO ? production. Manage B2B sales funnel, forecasting & monthly targets. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and global events for lead generation. Prepare proposals, costing sheets, MOQ structures. Coordinate internally with R&D, production, QC, and operations. Manage junior sales executives.
Roles require:

FMCG experience mandatory Advantage for detergent manufacturers, homecare, fabric care, or chemistry-led FMCG brands Startup mindset, multi-role capability, ownership-driven working style
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
