acquiring and onboarding franchise and channel partners
across India. You will own the
entire sales lifecycle
--from lead engagement and pitching to closure and onboarding--ensuring a smooth transition from sale to activation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard franchise and channel partners
Achieve franchise acquisition and sales targets
Pitch the franchise model, negotiate, and close B2B deals
Manage end-to-end onboarding from first connect to activation
Ensure clear partner communication and smooth internal handover
Track sales performance and pipelines using CRM tools
Preferred Skill Sets:
Prior experience in
franchise sales, channel sales, or B2B partnerships
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills
Strategic mindset with execution focus
Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
