Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and build strong relationships with
packaged drinking water plants
,
preform suppliers
, and
bottled water brands
in the region.
Understand customer requirements, provide quotations, and close sales.
Conduct regular
field visits
to key industrial clusters like Nashik, Jalgaon, Aurangabad, Surat, Indore, and nearby areas.
Coordinate product trials with potential customers and provide feedback for quality improvements.
Manage customer accounts, including orders, collections, and after-sales support.
Build and maintain presence on
IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and LinkedIn
to capture inbound leads.
Prepare
weekly sales reports
and update CRM sheets.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in
Business, Marketing, or Engineering
(preferred, not mandatory).
5-10 years of B2B sales experience
in packaging, plastics, or industrial products preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and online lead generation platforms.
