Job Description

We are looking for a

target-oriented and driven Sales Manager

to lead our inside sales efforts in the construction space. If you have prior experience in B2B sales, or real estate, and possess strong communication skills in Malayalam, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and engage potential customers including builders, contractors, and architects. Pitch construction products/services effectively and follow up diligently. Deliver product presentations that clearly highlight value and technical advantages. Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions. Track market movements, competitor strategies, and pricing trends. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and client servicing.

What You Should Bring

:

1-3 years of experience in

B2B sales.

Excellent communication skills in

Malayalam (mandatory)

and English. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured sales approach.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
