Core Responsibilities



Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, set sales goals, and create forecasts to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

Team Leadership:

Guide, coach, and motivate a sales team to enhance their performance and ensure they meet their individual and collective objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term, strong relationships with key business clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their goals.

Business Development:

Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients through market research, prospecting, and networking to expand the customer base.

Sales Process Management:

Oversee the entire B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to sales processes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, areas for improvement, and to assess the team's overall performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Leadership & Communication:

The ability to effectively lead, mentor, and communicate with both the sales team and external clients.

Strategic Thinking:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize growth and market share.

Negotiation & Closing:

Strong negotiation skills to finalize deals and strong selling skills to close sales effectively.

Market Awareness:

A deep understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software and other tools to manage sales activities and track performance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
