What You'll Do



Own the full B2B sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals--for our PR, growth hacking, and digital strategy services. Identify and prospect startups, SMEs, and high-growth companies who would benefit from Broadnection's services. Conduct discovery calls, understand client pain points, and pitch tailored service packages. Work closely with internal strategy and content teams to create compelling pitch decks and proposals. Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage sales pipelines with discipline. Build long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Who You Are



2-5 years

of B2B sales experience, preferably in services like PR, digital marketing, SaaS, or consulting. Strong understanding of B2B decision-making cycles, especially in startup and enterprise environments. A deal-closer with excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills. Extremely

target-oriented

and hungry to grow with the company. Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, fast-paced startup environment. Prior experience in PR, marketing services, or working with CXOs/founders is a big plus.
