Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance for smooth operations.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or Business Management (MBA preferred).
3 years of B2B sales experience in the agri industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
