? Excellent in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
? Deep understanding of Menswear, and Womenswear.
? Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.

? Experience with premium/luxury brands.
? Exposure to industry players like Buying/Trading Houses.
? Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and in-store execution.
