Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into partnerships with schools, colleges, and training institutes.
Pitch education programs, mentorship workshops, and other offerings to decision-makers.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct presentations, demos, and webinars for institutions.
Build strong relationships with principals, management, and key decision-makers.
Provide feedback from the market to the product and strategy team.
Maintain sales reports and track progress against goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Education or related field.
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in education/edtech is a plus).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and close institutional deals.
Based in Surat/Vadodara with good knowledge of the local education ecosystem.
Willingness to travel within the region.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance.
