Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth in corporate and wedding gifting segments.
Identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities across corporates, HR teams, event agencies, and wedding planners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and curate customized gifting solutions aligned with the product portfolio.
Coordinate with internal teams for customization, packaging, logistics, and timely delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Represent the brand at corporate events, exhibitions, and wedding fairs to drive visibility and networking.
Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales reports, and forecasting data.
Candidate Requirements:
3-6 years of B2B sales experience in corporate gifting, wedding gifting, premium merchandise, or related categories.
Strong network and relationship-building skills across corporates, agencies, and event partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Passion for design, sustainability, and handcrafted or premium products.
Self-driven, target-focused, and open to travel for business development.
