About the role:
As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. You will identify new opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and lead the team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong negotiation skills, market understanding, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to business partners.
Specifically this role will involve:
Prospecting and qualifying corporate accounts (HR/Benefits/Rewards teams, CXO offices, gyms/clinics, insurers/TPAs, healthcare marketplaces).
Conducting solution-based sales: understanding organizational needs and presenting Fitelo programs (weight loss, PT, "Cure & Reverse"/GLP-1-based) and product bundles (Fitelo, smart scale, etc.).
Supporting deal closure: preparing proposals, ROI models, pricing, and assisting with negotiations and contracts.
Coordinating with Operations and Coaching teams for onboarding, rollout, and multi-location expansion.
Maintaining CRM hygiene, updating notes, and tracking next steps to ensure smooth sales processes.
Partner engagement: assisting in building and maintaining active channel partners and leveraging partner-sourced leads.
Supporting enterprise marketing initiatives: pitch decks, case studies, HR toolkits, and representing Fitelo at events.
Ideal Candidate will have:
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or partnerships (HR tech, wellness, healthcare, insurtech, or benefits SaaS preferred).
Hunter-farmer mindset with consultative selling skills and comfort in multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong business acumen to assist in pricing, ROI calculations, proposals, and basic negotiation.
Hands-on experience with CRM (LeadSquared/HubSpot), Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
Advantage: network with HR/Rewards leaders in IT/ITeS, BFSI, or Manufacturing.
