. We are expanding our footprint in the B2B segment by partnering with organic and premium retail stores, distributors, and private label clients across India.
Role Overview
We are seeking a
B2B Sales Manager
who will drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing B2B opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG sales experience, a proven ability to build distributor networks, and the drive to expand Shahji Ghee's presence across India.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard
organic stores and premium retailers, and modern trade outlets
for A2 Ghee.
Generate
private label business opportunities
by collaborating with large A2 Ghee and organic food brands.
Develop and manage
state-wise distributor networks
to expand B2B reach across India.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the A2 Ghee / premium dairy category.
Actively travel across India to meet retailers, distributors, and potential business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, category managers, and procurement teams.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and timely execution.
Coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly B2B sales targets.
Represent Shahji Ghee at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Provide market feedback to management on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
Key Requirements
2-3 years of proven
B2B FMCG sales experience
(preferably in dairy, organic foods, or premium grocery).
Strong understanding of B2B distribution channels and retail networks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
