We're looking for a

strategic and results-driven B2B Sales Lead

to join our fast-growing team. You'll play a key role in scaling our

AI-powered platform transforming the FMCG industry

, leading a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

What You'll Do



Lead & Mentor the Team:

Recruit, train, and guide Account Executives to build a high-performing sales culture.

Drive Sales Strategy:

Plan and execute strategies to strengthen our market presence within the FMCG sector.

Manage Performance:

Set sales targets, track KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure consistent success.

Oversee the Pipeline:

Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to closing -- and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.

Engage Strategically:

Support high-value deals, lead complex negotiations, and build strong relationships with key industry clients.

Collaborate for Growth:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts.

What We're Looking For



5+ years

of experience in

B2B SaaS sales

, including

2+ years in a team leadership role.

Proven success in building, coaching, and scaling sales teams that meet or exceed revenue goals. Strong

strategic thinking

and ability to design and implement effective sales processes. Hands-on experience with

CRM platforms

(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills -- confident engaging with executive-level clients.
