As the Sales Lead for our corporate sales channel, you will spearhead the development of key accounts and manage a dedicated team. Your primary focus will be on building strategic partnerships with mid-to-large enterprises in the North Bangalore region, driving initiatives such as employee engagement programs, experiential events, and custom gifting solutions.
Experience
- 5+ years of B2B/corporate sales experience, preferably in the F&B, D2C, or wellness sectors.
- Proven track record in team leadership and revenue ownership.
- Established network among HR, Admin, and Facilities heads is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bangalore's corporate landscape, including tech parks and business hubs.
Responsibilities
Own and expand the B2B/corporate sales vertical.
Develop and execute sales planning and targeting strategies for North Bangalore.
Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, ensuring performance accountability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align B2B messaging and enhance brand outreach.
Negotiate high-value deals with key clients and corporate buyers.
Build a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn, events, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in B2B/corporate sales, ideally within the F&B, D2C, or wellness industries.
Strong connections with HR, Admin, and Facilities leaders are a plus.
Proven success in leading teams and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of the corporate landscape in Bangalore, particularly tech parks and business hubs.
