Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales professional to drive institutional sales for our EdTech solutions. The role involves acquiring and managing partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and corporate training clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and enterprise clients
Understand client needs and pitch customized EdTech solutions
Conduct product demos and presentations for decision-makers
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership terms
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education services
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
