We are seeking an accomplished and visionary

B2B Sales Expert

with a strong background in the

fashion and textile industry

, specifically within

ready-to-wear (RTW)

and

fabric supply

domains. This senior-level position requires a strategic leader capable of driving business growth, building high-value partnerships, and representing the company at a corporate and international level.

As part of our global expansion strategy, you will spearhead B2B sales operations, manage key accounts, and establish long-term collaborations with fashion brands, buying houses, retailers, and manufacturers across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans aligned with company growth objectives. Lead client acquisition initiatives across fashion, textiles, and RTW segments (domestic and international). Establish and maintain strong partnerships with fashion brands, apparel manufacturers, sourcing teams, and distributors. Drive end-to-end sales processes -- from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closure. Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, merchandising, and logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct high-level market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Represent the company at global trade fairs, industry events, and networking forums. Prepare and present strategic sales reports and forecasts to top management.

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the fashion and textile industry

(RTW background preferred). Strong understanding of fabrics, apparel manufacturing, textile sourcing, and fashion supply chains. Demonstrated success in handling high-value accounts and corporate clients. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Deep knowledge of domestic and export market dynamics. MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Textile Management preferred.
