Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Visit potential clients and generate on-ground leads through field sales activities.

Pitch and sell E-commerce marketplace services/subscriptions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct product/service presentations during client visits.

Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories.

Actively follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Meet weekly/monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.

Maintain records of daily client visits, calls, and conversions.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance to clients.

Collect market insights and competitors' information.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Prepare sales reports and update the CRM/sales tracker regularly.

Requirements



1-3 years of proven field sales experience (mandatory).

Experience in E-commerce, B2B sales, or subscription-based selling is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily client meetings.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Own two-wheeler is preferred for field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
