Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized product solutions.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close profitable deals.
Collaborate with the production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Key Skills Required:
Proven experience in
B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Industrial Sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
Good knowledge of the manufacturing/industrial sector.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
(MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in
B2B or industrial sales
