Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, old-age homes, and healthcare agencies in and around Lucknow.
Conduct meetings with doctors, purchase managers, and hospital administrators to showcase our product portfolio (wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, BiPAP/CPAP, hospital beds, etc.).
Build long-term relationships with healthcare institutions for recurring business and bulk orders.
Take ownership of revenue targets and work towards 100% achievement through active B2B engagement.
Maintain proper documentation of clients onboarded, meetings conducted, and follow-ups via CRM or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the service/delivery team for smooth post-sales support.
Follow up for payments and resolve stuck cases or delays in collection.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any field; MBA/BBA preferred but not compulsory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Lucknow healthcare ecosystem is a plus.
2-wheeler mandatory.
