Role Overview



We are looking for a dynamic

B2B Sales Executive

to join our growing team. This role involves building long-term relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar energy systems and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and grow B2B sales by targeting solar EPC companies, installers, and contractors. Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations. Provide accurate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams for order fulfillment. Stay updated on solar product trends, market pricing, and competitor activity. Represent Daya Solartech at local trade shows, exhibitions, and solar industry events.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the solar or electrical industry. Strong technical knowledge of solar components and installation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
