Summary of the position: Sales people are responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish when selling products or services to other businesses. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand clients\' business needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products/services. Clearly articulate value propositions and address client concerns effectively. Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and contract terms. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure proposals align with clients\' requirements. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome. Handle objections and address concerns to facilitate successful negotiations. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline.
