Key Responsibilities
Attend networking and community events to generate leads.
Contact prospective customers via telephone and email.
Conduct market research to create warm lead pipelines.
Evaluate and categorize lead lists into warm and cold leads.
Identify prospects based on defined target demographics.
Use product knowledge to present suitable solutions to prospects.
Upsell additional offerings when necessary.
Track lead and sales progress using CRM or relevant software.
Report weekly sales goals and outcomes to leadership.
Negotiate pricing, especially for bulk orders.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and request referrals.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on product/service enhancements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Prior experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably dealing with education-related clients or ERP solution vendors (1-2 years minimum).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with strong command of English.
Strong networking capabilities.
Fearless attitude with a hunter sales mentality.
Self-motivated with enthusiasm for learning
