Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
B2B Sales Executive
with proven experience in
solution selling
to drive business growth in the
corporate training space
. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, building relationships with HR & L&D leaders and positioning training programs as strategic solutions that create measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with corporates in Hyderabad and beyond.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, and Learning & Development stakeholders.
Engage in consultative/solution selling to understand client pain points and recommend relevant leadership/behavioural training solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
Create compelling proposals, pitch decks and business cases tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (trainers, delivery, marketing) to ensure client success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging client needs to refine strategies.
Consistently update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Key Requirements
5 years
of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, HR solutions or professional services.
Strong
communication, presentation and negotiation skills
.
Demonstrated ability to engage senior leadership (CHRO/HR Heads/L&D).
Sales acumen
with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Willingness to
learn, adapt, and continuously upgrade knowledge
in the learning & development domain.
Ability to design and implement effective go-to-market and client engagement strategies.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in
consultative or solution-based sales
in corporate training/HR tech.
Existing network/contacts with HR & L&D professionals in medium and large enterprises.
Knowledge of leadership development, behavioural training or organizational learning.
