1.Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional buyers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
2.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, architects, and consultants
Pitch real estate offerings (commercial/industrial/residential plots or spaces) to businesses and institutional buyers
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to close deals
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with market demand
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
Maintain updated client records in CRM software
Provide post-sales support and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction
3.Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of the real estate market, especially commercial or industrial segments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven with a strategic approach to selling
Ability to network with decision-makers and corporate clients
Knowledge of real estate regulations, documentation, and market trends
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
