We are looking for a results-driven

B2B Sales Professional

to acquire and manage corporate clients, drive revenue growth, and build long-term business relationships in the Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients through field sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Managers, Procurement teams) Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Maintain accurate sales data and reports using CRM tools Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in

B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Experience in field sales is preferred Knowledge of Chennai business landscape is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
