Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and promoting company products or services to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calls, networking, and client visits. Meet and present product or service offerings to business clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Build and maintain long-term business relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and share sales reports and market feedback with the management team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred). 0-2 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented. Willingness to travel for client meetings within Chennai or nearby regions.
Salary

?18,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives
