Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets through direct and channel sales.
Identify and develop new industrial clients.
Conduct product demos and technical consultations.
Build strong relationships with maintenance and purchase teams.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure timely order execution and payment collections.
Maintain accurate CRM and reporting.
Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of lubricant or industrial product sales experience.
Strong technical understanding of lubricants and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Willing to travel as per territory requirements.
Engineering or Science degree preferred.
