Key Responsibilities:
Calling to B2B clients
--engage merchants, agents, and shop owners in Telugu-speaking regions to onboard them.
Qualify leads, build relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals with B2B clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales pipeline, and meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the Sales Head and cross-functional teams (Operations, Support, Product) to sync on onboarding and merchant activation.
Monitor competitor trends and provide feedback to improve the sales approach and messaging.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years
of proven B2B tele-sales experience, preferably in fintech, digital payments, BC (Business Correspondent), or merchant acquisition.
Strong
communication and persuasion
skills in
Telugu
