The Role
You will build and close a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise deals in India, selling MVPs/POCs through to pilots and full rollouts. You'll partner with our solution architects, OR scientists, and BI team to shape proposals that solve real operational problems--think demand forecasting, route optimization, inventory planning, VOC analytics, and customer support AI.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle: ICP research ? outreach ? discovery ? solutioning with the tech team ? proposal & commercials ? negotiation ? close.
Run targeted outbound on LinkedIn/email; convert inbound leads; nurture through a value-ladder.
Translate business pain into clear problem statements and mapped solutions (BI dashboards, OR models, AI agents).
Drive crisp proposals, SOWs, and ROI narratives; present to Directors/CXOs (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Digital).
Maintain hygiene in CRM (
Salesforce
and
Monday.com
): pipeline, activities, forecasts.
Build a partner/network motion with ISVs, cloud marketplaces, and consulting boutiques.
Success Metrics (first 6 months)
Pipeline creation:
?1.5-3.0 Cr net-new qualified pipeline.
Meetings booked:
15-25 qualified meetings/month.
Proposals:
8-12/month with clear ROI and timelines.
Win rate:
20-30% on well-qualified opps.
Cycle time:
Discovery-to-close within 45-75 days for POCs.
You Bring
2-5 years
in B2B sales (SaaS/consulting/analytics/AI).
Strong discovery skills; comfort framing problems in ops/supply chain, e-commerce, or manufacturing domains.
Experience selling BI/analytics (
Power BI/Tableau/Salesforce CRM
), data platforms, optimization, or AI automations.
Clear communication, proposal writing, and executive storytelling.
Hands-on with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, outbound tools, and a modern CRM.
