Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking events, market research, and outreach.
Approach prospective customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
Showcase company solutions to potential clients based on their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Negotiate pricing, handle bulk orders, and close deals effectively.
Track sales activities using CRM tools and report progress regularly.
Upsell additional services/products when relevant.
Stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
1-3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales (EdTech, ERP, or Education sector preferred).
Any Associate Degree (BA/MBA in Marketing/Finance is an added advantage).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong networking ability with a "hunter" sales mindset.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure.
