Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the
B2B segment
(corporates, architects, builders, contractors, and institutions).
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and business clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase interior design and furniture solutions.
Collaborate with the design and project team to create customized proposals as per client requirements.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in
B2B sales
(interior design, real estate, furniture, or related industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented personality.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
